I found Hatch Restore really easy to set up right out of the box. Once you plug it in you’ll need to download their free app and you’ll be guided through the setup process.
Some users of Hatch Restore reported having trouble connecting it with their WIFI, but the process for me was quick and easy. I wasn’t even close to my home’s router like they recommend in the instructions.
In the app you can create the “steps” of your sleep routine which may include time for reading and meditating. It’s easy to add steps and they can be reorganized by simply sliding them up or down. If reading before bed helps you wind down, be sure to schedule reading time into your Hatch sleep routine within the app. The lamp can be used alone, with a soundscape, or music playing in the background as you read.
