The sound quality of an omnidirectional microphone can’t compare with that of a cellphone or a single directional microphone or a headset, since they are with different sound pick up ranges and sound volumes. The sound distortion of an omnidirectional microphone is bigger.Please try to turn off the sound pick up functions of other devices when using the speakerphone, such as the mic of a camera, the built-in mic of a laptop, etc, otherwise there might be some echos. Please try to turn off the noise/echo reduction/cancellation of the conference application as the speakerphone come with this function already.Its’ ideal working environment is in a closed small/medium size(less than 380 square ft)meeting area. Please keep close to this microphone if in a big public area. The echos may not be reduced completely in a too big and empty room. Its’ performance could be affected by the surroundings.Please try to turn the volume of this speakerphone DOWN TO 60% when too much noise heard from the other side. Please suggest the other side to turn up their volume if you can’t be heard well by the other side. The other side may not hear you well if they are in noisy places with small sound output.Some noises or echos might be inevitable during some meeting, as it pick up most sounds farthest up to 20ft around it while reduce some. Please try to make sure the both parties in a quiet environment for a serious conference.A unstable internet speed or telephone signal may cause some sound lags/off and on, pls check the related conditions before a conference.Please don’t charge it by a computer, we suggest charge it by an adapter which could supply DC 5V 2A current. Please don’t plug in the USB cord and the USB Dangle at the same time. Make sure the Dangle is unplugged when trying connect it via Bluetooth. Only chose one from the 3 connection ways at one time.It can’t play music very well when be used as a Bluetooth speaker, since it’s mainly designed to be used as a speakerphone. It focus on human voice which mostly at high and middle frequency so there is not much lows. PLS LONG PRESS THE POWER BUTTON FOR 15 SECONDS TO RESET IT WHEN THERE IS A STUCK( LIGHTS DON’T CHANGE CORRECTLY OR BUTTONS MALFUNCTION, ETC) !
